At our Mike Alsop Auto dealerships, we run things a bit differently. Our owners have chosen to operate their business the opposite of most dealerships. We don't ever rely on high pressure sales tactics to close a deal and we don't force our customers to make a snap decision. We actually encourage our customers to go home, think about the offer and compare it to other dealers. We've found that 99% of the time the customers come back to make a purchase!
We also believe in not wasting our customers' time with long negotiations. We'll give you our best price in ten minutes or less! We'll even show you the invoice to the car you are interested in. We believe in being honest and up front about our pricing. At our Mike Alsop dealerships we make sure you know exactly what you are getting with the car you purchase and what you are paying for.
OUR TRADE IN POLICY
We give you the best value and the most honest appraisal for your trade in. When a customer brings us a trade in, we have several of our experienced sales associates examine the vehicle and prepare a trade estimate. We then take the average from all of the estimates to get your trade in total.
SPECIAL SERVICES
If you are looking for a specific vehicle, new or used, we can find it for you if we don't have it on our lot. We can even sell you a used vehicle right from the GM Auction! This includes a selection of former rental and executive cars. We'll tell you exactly what price we will sell the vehicle for and once the price is agreed upon, we'll buy the vehicle straight from the auction and deliver it to you!
We can even do business with customers and they never have to set foot in the dealership! Our staff will bring a car to you for a test drive, or several cars if you are interested in more than one. Once you purchase a vehicle we'll bring the vehicle and the final paperwork to your home!
